So if you read my last post I mentioned that I would post the leg circuit that I did on Saturday for any of you who were interested, and what better day than today… workout Wednesday!
I completed this at home with the free weights we had on hand. If you don’t have weights handy you can definitely improvise with other objects or even do some of the moves without weights!
